My experience with the surgery has been extremely good with all staff involved.

The only problem with the surgery is getting an early appointment. When signs and symptoms are not urgent but one feels ill enough to want to consult ones own doctor. In term of my most recent appointment for blood test the staff are excellent, very quick and certainly effective.

Be able to book an appointment for the next day when you call not having to call at 8 am the next morning its so difficult when trying to get ready for the school run and being on hold 20 minutes or more.

It is impossible to get an appointment either online or by telephone unless you can wait 3 or 4 weeks to see your own Doctor. This is totally unacceptable. Some receptionists are helpful some are quite rude. I feel sorry for the Doctors who are trying really hard to do a great job but due to medical politics and lack of funds are finding it harder and harder to do their jobs.

The receptionists have always been most helpful by trying to tie in multiple appointments. The phlebotomists are always accommodating and considerate. My own GP is excellent and I have met several of the emergency appointment Doctors who have treated my problems satisfactorily.
