I have had experience with both the Administration Staff and the Nursing Staff. I have found that I have been treated in a friendly and respectful manner. The Receptionists have gone out of their way to accommodate me and the Nursing staff have carried out their duties efficiently and in a caring way.

park surgery is very busy they do a lot of treament on sight,the receptionist do there best to arrange an appointment for you if it is an emergency they will fit you in on the day not allways with your chosen doctor but you will be seen . park surgery is allways clean, tidy bear in mind it is a busy place . the staff are good , allways try to bo pleasant not easy when dealing with the public. overall a good set up

My previous doctor Dean, was fantastic and understanding. My new doctor has been truly a great support too. Dr Jethwa is a great doctor and very supportive indeed.

Generally very good, but as it is a very large practise, it can get very busy and you can struggle to get an appointment when you need one. But I guess this isn't any different to any other surgery.
