I moved from Surrey to Horsham in June 2014.I registered at the Park Surgery and I have found that while it is a very large practice, the systems in place provide an extremely efficient service. I have never benefited from such a well organised practice previously. Dr. Sherrington in particular, was really helpful when I was unwell late last summer. Thank you. Pamela Burbidge.

Both Doctors & Receptionists are always very pleasant and helpful despite being under considerable pressure.

Great doctors, great nurses, receptionists fine when you can reach them by phone. Telephone system sadly lacking. It's possible to book an urgent appointment by telephoning between 8 and 9 am, but at other times the phone lines are often not serviced, The repeat prescription telephone line does not work despite a new local phone number. More investment in an effective telephone service required.

Making an appointment by phone is always an extremely testing time. I called continually on the hour every hour all afternoon, (they say don't call at the busy time first thing in the morning) I waited 5 minutes each time then gave up after try 5!
