Although it is a very busy surgery I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

As I am new to the area and the surgery I have been met with complete customer service. The Receptionists were very helpful and the doctor was so helpful and full of information.

On signing in there is no reference of where to go. Room 4 means nothing if there are no signs.
The nurse was very attentive and helpful. She was happy and knowledgeable to inform me of my condition.
No problems to report.

Having an adverse reaction to medication (Ramipril) I got a next day appointment with a doctor who reviewed my 'condition' and prescribed a different medicine which I was able to start the next day. My previous bad reaction is gradually receding several days later.

Exceptional service and advise by my doctor, the only negative comment is concerning getting an appointment, otherwise great surgery
