Dr Ergene is very welcoming and approachable. She is very calm and listens extremely well. I really feel confident that she will go the extra mile to sort out any problems that might arise from the tests she has set in place for me. It is great to have a feeling of trust with your GP. I find the online booking for non urgent appointments very useful

My husband and I always find that Dr. Rattan is so approachable, she always has time for us. Her patience is amazing, she has always done all she can to help us. The receptionists are very good too. Having had experience in this job a few years ago, I know how demanding the job can be, and how difficult it is to stay patient when someone is particularly demanding. The only regret I have, is that it takes so long to get an appointment with your named Doctor. A problem I had since last year, was so frustrating, as I saw quite a few GP'S and to have to keep explaining anew to the next one, is time consuming and off putting.

I have always been able to get an appointment for my baby whether urgent or otherwise. It may not be with his named doctor but he is always seen by someone and my concerns as a parent are always considered.

Slightly disappointed that my doctor advised two creams to purchase without a prescription, totaling £32.00 whereby I could have had each one by prescription for £8. Furthermore this comes after previously being prescribed antibiotics for 8 weeks for the same condition and then recently told in my last visit that the antibiotics wont have helped anyway.

My doctor is very friendly and warm but I do sometimes feel that she is not completely listening to my concerns. I have always managed to get an appointment but sometimes I have had to wait up to a week (which was fine as it was not urgent). I was warned about this when I registered at the surgery. I have not had to get an urgent appointment yet so cannot comment on that.
