This is a modern run doctor’s surgery which tries to keep old fashioned values, with regard to patient/ doctor relations which work’s amazingly well. Other staff are very helpful and attentive, and they try there best to cater for everyone’s needs. Doctors try and give merit to individual circumstances while remembering, to respect the individual, allowing independence, dignity and above all choice. They really do try and adhere to the NHS core values, which I personally find very refreshing given today’s issues. Unfortunately like most surgeries, they are let down by government local and national, and all of it's services are over subscribed and struggling to keep up with the huge demand. Trying to get a blood test is almost a three week wait. Unless you can afford to take a morning off to wait at Horsham hospital. And there really are not enough appointments or appointment options for people that work longer than 7-8hours a day. Overall though for the size of the surgery they are very friendly, helpful and efficient. A big thank you to them ALL.

I recently changed from Orchard to Park simply because the administration at park is much more efficient. I get reminders on flu jabs and stuff. My wife has been at park for a long time and has had no problems with them. I think by comparison they do a good job, the parking could be better though, but thats just Horsham.

I really like the online booking system, but I don't like the fact I cannot see my doctor when I need to. It would seem there are certain doctors that will have appointments and some like mine I would have to wait up to 3-4 weeks. I would like to always see my doctor for consistency but this is not always possible and means my health care is inconsistent.

I have found all doctors that I have visited at the surgery friendly and efficient. I recently had an appointment at the phlebotomy department and found the staff cheerful and accomplished. My only criticism is it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment particularly with your own G.P.

welcoming reception staff. However,long delays to get a blood test or an appointment with own doctor. Excellent attention given by Dr.Atthaullah to his patients. Very thorough and professional. Always cheerful and asking about my family's health. I trust his judgment and know that he is wanting the best for me.
