I had an appointment with Dr Raphael, booked via the internet using System Online. This was the first time I have attended the practice since moving to the area, and having moved from an excellent Drs practice I was keen to find one that was just as good. However I am really pleased with Park Surgery and Dr Raphael. He was extremely helpful, kind and professional. Would recommend to others, and will not hesitate to go back if I need to in the future.

My experience of the surgery has been very good with helpful and pleasant staff incl receptionists, nurses and doctors. I usually see Dr Potiphar who is always cheerful, considerate and thorough. He takes the time to explain and discuss and listens to his patients, which is excellent. I applaud the doctors for keeping to their appt times as much as they do, an almost impossible task sometimes.

I find it confusing to know where to wait once you have checked in. Although it provides you with a room number there is no indication where the room is located, or what floor it is on. I believe that I missed my appointment by sitting on the wrong floor as I was not seen until 45 minutes after my allotted time. Apart from that everything was fine.

My appointment with Dr. Rattan was, as always, helpful and constructive. I would particularly like to thank her, and other staff in the practice, for their kind and supportive care of my husband during the last few months of his life. He was able to spend his last days at home and for that we were both grateful.

Tried to get an appointment to see Dr Howell but after checking the website i could not get an appointment with him for over 1 month, which is terrible! Ended up choosing another Dr
