The telephone system still seems to include a long wait whatever the time of day. All staff are always very helpful and always polite and friendly.

I think that the staff at park surgery are doing a very good job. They are very helpful, pleasant to talk to and they are good in keeping the surgery clean And running. The only thing I would like to see improved at park surgery is more appointments availability. Thank you for all your good work.

Had to wait a few minutes on the phone before getting through, but still got an appointment the same day. Didn't have to wait to see the Doctor and the surgery staff were excellent.

The nurse I met with was very professional and had read my notes beforehand. She had a very pleasant manner and listened carefully to the conditions I described. A great service. Thank you.
