was initially unable to get a same day appointment when I rang at 8.30am. I was resolved to call back the following morning. A receptionist called me 20 minutes later to say there was a cancellation for that day which I was able to have. It made a difference to be able to see someone that day.

I have recently undergone AVR surgery. In the lead up to this Dr Liz Fisher was especially good; and since the surgery Dr Jethwa has been and is being very helpful and encouraging.

I have been a patient of this surgery since 1950's albeit under another name. The doctors I have had the pleasure to know have always been extremely kind, helpful and listen no matter what the query has been. They have always so approachable . The practice is now so over worked but the standards are still very high not only with the skill of the doctors but also the reception staff 'smile' which is always a bonus.

Although it is easy to make an appointment on line, it is rather frustrating when my Doctor has requested to see me again in a couple of weeks, only to find that I am unable to get an appointment for at least 3 or 4 weeks, especially when new medication is involved. I am not sure how this can be improved, as I do realise and understand the pressure that our Doctors are under. Other than that, I think the online system is billiant.

my visit was conducted with great care Dr l Sherrington is a very caring and helpful doctor She listens and if I don't get what she is saying she will help me to get it Has a patient with mental health prombles I could not wish for a better doctor She is very good and helps to build up my confiedence
