I am very lucky to have a very helpful and considerate doctor who has always made time to explain and assist with any medical problems I have experienced. He does not shrink from from saying like it is and tries to put my familys minds at rest. Sometimes we have to wait a while as he sees other people but he obviously gives other people the same consideration, hence he runs late. But only the churlish people will begrudge that. My husband has recently changed to Park Surgery ( with another practitioner) but so far he has been very pleased with his treatment and help. The only negative we have experienced with the surgery is the wait for appointments for blood tests but presumably that could only be remedied by employing more people in the haematology departments.

Can not believe how hard it is to get an appointment! Really unacceptable, but unfortunately not limit e to this surgery.

On line booking and reminders are great.

As stated by other patients the on line appointment booking system is fine but my nominated GP rarely appears on the list so when he askes me to see him it usually takes 2/3 weeks. I do know that if I have a need to see a doctor (which thankfully is very rare) I can usually get an urgent appointment to see one of the doctors through Reception
