Park Surgery Staff are always polite and happy to help.
Appointments for blood tests run to time.
Main complaint is the time spent ln the telephone when trying to make an appointment. Certainly being able to make appointments on-line is a great help.

Telephone connection has got worse since a dedicate telephonist took over from reception. Some days one cannot even get through.

The GP that I saw was very pleasant, courteous and helpful and dealt with me in a timely fashion.

The staff always smile although st times it must be trying for them . The doctors always have or make time to listen to you as a person . Always clean with a good amount of chairs for patients and relatives to be able to find a seat

First time at this surgery and was a present experience up until I saw the doctor who was extremely dismissive not during the whole appointment but just at times. I made a point to say goodbye twice and twice he ignored me.
Apart from that everything was nice and staff helpful and friendly
