As I only moved to the area 3 months ago this was my first visit to the GP. I was very pleased with the treatment that I received and my appointment was right on time.
I must say that I had trouble getting through on the iPhone for an appointment and ended up calling at the Surgery - which was not a problem as I required a repeat prescription. If I had been feeling unwell this could have been a problem.

The service at Park Surgery is excellent in every way. My and my wife's GP, Dr. Inke Wolff, treats us with great courtesy, patience and understanding.. Tests and referrals are meticulously and promptly followed up. The surgery is run very efficiently despite the pressures arising from an enormous growth in the number of patients

It is not always possible to get an appointment with the designated doctor in the short term - up to two or three weeks in advance. Yesterday I was given an immediate appointment.

Very good service all round. Pleased to use the online system to order prescriptions as this saves a lot of time and effort.

I have waited on many occasions most of the day to make contact by phone it has become almost impossible to speak to anyone on the phone.
