Very helpful staff. Seen b y Dr within 15 mins of appointment which seems realistic to me. Suggest consideration be given to revised layout of chairs in waiting area so that no one sits with their back to direction from which staff are likely to call them - perhaps large semicircle. I don't know how many people are interested in large agricultural machinery and similar magazines but perhaps a 5p donation per view would enable more popular magazines to be purchased. Might be worth a try.

Txt message great and helpful However login screen and visual management of where to go or sit is poor. Both me and the guy next to me were sitting the wrong side downstairs as info was poor. Other than that good surgery

I made an appointment to see Dr. Raphael on Wednesday, 28th October. Unfortunately I had to cancel this but was offered an alternative for Monday 26th Oct. I was given a ticket confirming this appointment and even received a text message confirming it. However, when I arrived and registered the machine told me to see the receptionist. This I did and was told there was no record of the Monday appt. only the Wednesday appt. which I had cancelled. I showed the ticket confirming the Monday date and fortunately Dr. Raphael was able eventually to fit me in. Something obviously went wrong with the system and I was caused unnecessary upset and delay. I have always been extremely satisfied with the service I receive from the surgery so hope this is just a one-off.

Generally, It is really difficult to get an appointment at the surgery especially pre-booked appointments for London commuters who need to try and fit in appointments before or after work. Also quite difficult to have consistent care with the same doctor, end up seeing whoever is available and this can be a different doctor each time I visit the surgery.

Dr Darren Potipher provided a great assessment and suggest a clear path to resolve the problema I am faced. In addition, Mrs Christine Williams made a detail check on my Diabetes appointment and gave a really good recommendations...
