All the staff, doctors and receptionists alike give excellent service. I cannot think how more improvement can be made as there are far too many of us in this part of the country. We selfishly believe that we are the most important and expect immediate help. Without more staff---!, it is the usual lack of money which is an insurmountable problem. You are all trying hard to do your best which I for one are very grateful.

I do most things online - repeat prescriptions, appointments for the flu clinic and appointments to see my GP - so it couldn't be easier. I appreciate the reasons why I have to wait to see my own doctor, but I am well aware that if it were urgent, I could see another doctor sooner - and probably on the same day. The best thing about Park Surgery is my own GP - Dr Nat. He is reassuring, thorough, clear and informative and involves me in all the discussion and decision making. I feel confident in his treatment of me because he is totally professional and treats my health in the context of a whole person - and not as a patient with a symptom to diagnose and treat. I respect him because he does not patronise. I am also very appreciative of the pharmacy and all who work there. They too are a very professional team - with seemingly endless patience, considering how rude and abusive some of their customers are ( sadly mainly my own age group of retired people). I am grateful to the NHS and to be registered with Park Surgery.

Friendly doctors who always seem to have enough time to talk through any issues, particularly Dr Loganathan, Dr White and Dr Rattan.

I had an excruciating pain in my little finger, which turned out to be Gout. I rang early morning and despite my own doctor not being in that day, was given an appointment with another doctor later in the day. Despite never having met him before he was friendly, sympathetic and helpful, and gave me a prescription to cure my problem. As good a service as I usually get from my own doctor.
