Joni I think is her name with an Antipodean accent was the kindest most patient pleasant Doctor's receptionist I've ever come across. This was over the phone. V impressed with the self check in, the fact that the Doctor comes out to greet you personally, the ease of having a pharmacy on site, the light bright feel of the surgery. Great surgery no complaints about anything Thank you!

I booked the appointment for a smear 2 weeks ago by phone. When I arrived there was no record of the booking for Thursday or any other day! The receptionist offered me a later appointment which I was pleased about but it made me even later for work. very disappointed.

Extremely difficult to get an appointment one or two days in advance. It is either the same day which often requires many attempts or long waits on the phone. online bookings are usually not available until the next week.

As an infrequent visitor to the Surgery I was not clear about where to go and the procedures but received patient guidance from the receptionists on both floors and excellent care from DR Holwell and the nurses.

The receptionist was very helpful when it came to getting an appointment. The receptionists were openly discussing my medical diagnosis/ treatment/ condition/ behaviour, in front of all who was present in the waiting area. This often happens at this surgery.
