I saw the nurse to have my ears cleared for an updated hearing test later this month. A very nice lady and excellent care including looking at my file and offering me flu and pneumonia jabs as I had not taken up a letter offer so far. I decided to have the pneumonia jab as it was a one off and covers a more serious threat .

Originally I went in for what I thought was a blocked ear - but Nurse Anne said it was nore than that and arranged for me to see Dr Chong next day 13th She was super - really caring and sought additional advice from another Dr and then got in touch with ES ANT and arranged a letter - and the Hospital phoned me next day and made an appt.

1. Did not speak to a receptionist so no comment on that aspect 2. The first appointment my doctor had available when I booked was just under four weeks away. He was not on leave. Other doctors were available, but four days ahead. 3. Presumable there are too many patients for the practice to cope with, hence I would not recommend them.
