It's always really difficult to get through on the phone, so it would be great to have an easy and well publicised online system for appointments. Times to speak to Drs would also be helpful as a face to face appointment is not always necessary.

This a very good surgery and the staff are very helpful, the only downside is the time waiting on the phone when calling for an appointment, and not being able to see your own GP for 2 or 3 weeks
