The only 'con' is that perhaps 10 days is rather a long period to wait for an appointment, but mine was no emergency. On the 'pro' side, I thought the receptionists were pleasant, directing us to the correct location. The doctor was running to time. I found him, although not my usual GP, to be extremely professional. When he ask if I was familiar with the Internet, he recommended various sites that I should visit to find out more about my skin condition. I thought this an excellent approach, sharing information rather than keeping all as a professionally-guarded mystery. He checked my problem, discussed various strategies. In all, a useful and meaningful meeting. The conditions were,as far as I could ascertain, clean, bright and airy, and warm.

My doctor is excellent and I don't mind waiting in the surgery to see him as he spends much time and care with us and I am sure others.However if my daughter hadn'ttaken over and rung and 'tussled ' with the receptionist I would not have got to see him and am actually quite poorly with an infection which needed treating. I appreciate that the doctors are very busy and that the receptionists have to 'protect' them, but it is difficult toget through especially when you are feeling poorly, and if someone is unhelpful and brusque it puts one off. Also it is far too warm in the waiting area. I have to say that overall it is a good experience once you get to surgery and some receptionists are very pleasant!!!

I recently joined this surgery and I have to say they are by far the best. I've never had a problem getting an appointment and the doctors always manage to squeeze me in no matter what time of day I call. Would highly recommend this surgery.

I am under constant care by the surgery, my doctor is J Rattan, she is always corteouse and listens, she is also patient. The staff are always helpful.

Difficult to get an appointment with the Dr you are assigned to but can usually get an appointment with another Dr. Other than that I've had no problems and usually get sorted out pretty quickly.
