I pray to God never ever to deal with surgeries or hospitals any more in UK!!!!! Here in UK is the most USELESS health care staff in all Europe!!! I nearly died because of your BUNGLER STAFF in park surgery, Crawley hospital and finally in East Surrey hospital!!!!!!!

This appointment was for a flu vaccination at an evening clinic. It was extremely easy to book the appointment online, the jab was done ahead of time with no waiting and the needle wielder was friendly and efficient

I just wish it was possible to book on the day or next day appointments rather than having to call when the surgery opens. My train for work departs before the surgery opens which means if I call for an appointment I am late for work.
