I received a letter to say I needed a routine blood test, Phones and got straight through to receptionist and was given an appointment in two days. On arrival, Lynne, the phlebotomist saw I was feeling unwell and arranged for me to see Dr Potiphar who arranged that I have a further blood test there and then so that the results will be ready for the appointment I have with my own GP on Christmas Eve. I was very impressed and would like to thank all concerned.

I give five stars to the ease of getting an appointment because I have so far been able to think ahead and book an appointment when I needed one using the online system. However I hear stories from friends who have needed more urgent appointments when it is not so easy.

Excellent doctors and treatment. Unfortunately, it can be very difficult to book appointments but this is understandable given the clinic's popularity. Some of the reception staff can be rude, and some have even appeared to derive mirth from denying appointments when they are urgent; for this reason I have stopped bothering with them and now book directly through the online system.

My appointment was arranged very easily on line so the above selection was not applicable.

As I my injections are every 9 weeks it would be nice to make the appointment before I leave - but I am told you only do one month at a time.
