I have been at Park for about 2 yrs and have been very happy with the care. In fact, I am very sorry that I have to leave as I am moving again. I have put 4 stars on the final category just because the waits are long for regular appointments but if you need one urgently I have always found that you can get one quickly. I would actually say that it is the best care I have ever had at a surgery.

Park surgery is a great surgery, however it does get frustrating at times when the receptionists mess things up. They are LOVELY women, and we all understand that they want to help. But our prescriptions can often get messed about. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. Including them calling me about somebody else's prescription mistakenly.

Big minus that it takes ages to get an appointment, and that you can´t do a blood test on the same day - if you need to take time of work to get things done it makes it a bit difficult, never had a GP office which is quite as badly structured. Would be lovely to have a GP each day taking walk in patients as well..

big minus that it take ages to get an appointment, and that you can´t take a blood test at the doctors office the same day you are there, never had that a gp doing it like this before and it just ads a lot of more difficulties getting things done when you work. And it would be nice to have one doctor a day doing walk-in appointments!
