I can't fault the care I get from all members of staff at Park surgery. I have never been unable to get an appointment when needed and every Doctor has been knowledgeable and helpful, and if they haven't known initially what to do they have investigated and come back to me quickly without having to chase.

The general set-up is good when dealing with the number of patients. Getting an appointment over the telephone is not easy and if I am passing, tend to 'pop' in to do this, instead. Overall, one has to appreciate the NHS conditions to provide services and I consider that the surgery and staff do their best under these circumstances. I worked in the NHS myself for well over 30 years.

I had waited a while to see the Dr who I wanted to perform a minor procedure and was delighted to be phoned one week before the appointment I was offered. I wasn't kept waiting and the Dr and his assistant were very friendly and pleasant. This survey is a waste of valuable NHS resources. Park Surgery should stop pandering to Administrators and Politicians!!!!!!!!

While the online appointment booking system generally works OK, it did not allow me to book the asthma nurse appointment. The first appointment I could get was same way ahead, and when I had to cancel due to something I had to attend in London, the next available date was 5 weeks further off. I appreciate there may be all sorts of reasons for this, but it comes down to expectation management. Clearer upfront indications of timescales would be helpful, and reasons for the wait given if there are going to be delays.
