Much used.Very recent improvement in telephone manners showing real interest in helping the patient to advice rather than prevention is significantly changed. The range of doctors ensures coverage of most symptoms.

Diabetics nurse Lois Sheldon always very helpful and sympathetic. Didn't see a receptionist on this occasion. Not tried to book a doctor's appointment just recently although sometimes difficult if phoning on same day. Usually two weeks if booking on line.

The doctors I have seen have been very pleasant and do not hurry you out of the surgery. They listen and give constructive advice. The only negative side is that you cannot always see your own doctor sometimes up to 2-3 weeks. This is important for any follow up advice. The receptionists are very helpful and do not rush you. It is helpful to be able to order repeat prescriptions online, also make doctors appointments.

My wife and I moved to Horsham from East Suffolk on the 2nd September 2015. The GP service in East Suffolk was almost non existent due inability to attract doctors to the area. Since our arrival in Horsham our choice of The Park was the correct one. The availability of qualified staff is impressive. In addition to being allocated to a first rate GP I have been given the choice of access to specialised doctors both within the practice but also consultant at East Surrey hospital for prostate examination which has revealed medical problems. These are being followed up and I am confident that the treatment and timing of consultation, fully explained to me is first rate. I cannot offer any suggestions for improvements as The Park and all its staff is well run. The premises are clean and the waiting areas plentiful and comfortable.

Park Surgery seems to be a busy surgery. All the doctors & staff that I have encountered have always been very helpful, approachable & friendly. It has always been possible to make an appointment although the phone lines are always very busy but you do have the option to book an appointment online. I have had to wait up to a week before an appointment is available but if it's urgent they will try their best to book you in the same day. The reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was that the toilet could have been cleaner but I can imagine it would be a full time job to keep on top of this. I would not hesitate in recommending this surgery. Well done to all the doctors & staff!
