It is much better to get an appointment online rather than hanging on the phone. The call handlers are excellent but under heavy pressure due to the large number of calls they take. Patients could help by using the online system.

I fined it hard to get through on the teliphone for a same day appointment when you do get to speak to someone all the day appointment are gone.Allso the repeat prescription box on the ground floor entrance needs to be larger as a few times it is overflowing thank you

Since joining the practice we have found all staff to be helpful and treatment has been first class.

Dr Holwell is sympathetic and listens well to your issues. He knows you as a person not a number and has your interests at heart.

I am lucky enough not to need the doctor very often, but when I do, everything goes smoothly and everyone is always helpful!!!
