Absolutely staggered at 09.00 the phone rang once and was answered to be told I could have an appointment with my own doctor within a couple of hours. Wow! The biggest bugbear is usually waiting on the phone for up to 1/2an hour and then getting an appointment with which ever doctor is available or having to wait up to three weeks to see my own doctor. Keep this up as a New Years resolution.

I felt my last problem was quite serious, possibly I should have called an ambulance, however the practice nurse arranged for me to have an ECG and an immediate appointment with Dr Logan, he dealt with me very efficiently medication and follow up heart monitor. I was very pleased and felt that I had been dealt with very well and also felt reassured, as I was quite worried. I am grateful for the way I was treated.

Personally, I have no complaints re the attention I get. Am aware of the pressure everyone is under but I am not in a psoition to comment on how to improve. I am very satisfied.

I like the fact you can get same day appointment. The doctors I had contact with usually have been really helpful. My last appointment was with Dr.White who I found out to be really professional, kind and able to explain your condition and the diffrent examinations. However often is very difficult to get an appointment to see your own GP.
