Always considered a good and helpful Surgery under great demands from a large number of patients. Receptionists helpful but a pity the early morning 'phone lines require great patience when seeking an appointment; often better if an appointment can be sought face to face. Doctors/nurses do well in eveery attempt to satisfy patients needs

Arranged my appointment on line easily. Meetings with Dr Tariq Jahangir are always help full. As I explained to him I have some concerns about patient repeat medication ordering where medication is not reviewed by ones doctor at least once or twice a year to determine long term affects and sharing any results with the patient. I am awaiting his review of my medication. I have been forced to select 'negative' answers to 2 of your questions because I didn't use either of these services! You need a N/A answer to these questions.

You don't mind if they run late as you know you will get extra time if required and don't feel rushed. Helpful receptionists and good practice ethos

Needing a quick appointment, one was available on the day with one of the locum GPs. An ultrasound scan was arranged for within a week, which was very reassuring. Everyone was very helpful.
