Due to confusion between the doctor and reception this was a wasted (coil) referral appointment which didn't need to happen - the doctor apologised and rearranged the correct appointment (remove and replace) however this has since been cancelled and I was told someone would rearrange but I've heard nothing. Not impressed as I asked the questions as to what to do back in November - no mention of a waiting list was given.

Liked efficiency and friendliness of surgery staff.
Liked availability of resources e.g. Blood Pressure monitor.

My GP is the best doctor I have been to. She is very clear and gives excellent advice I am very confident after seeing her.

SystemOne? is a great service. So much easier to make an appointment and get prescriptions done.
