Staff at the surgery are usually helpful. Appointments are never on time but presumably if staff have to spend more time helping someone before me they'd spend time helping me if required.

Excellent service, got an appointment in the morning after around 5 mins waiting on the phone, they were very busy. A very popular surgery it seems. Lovely doctor who had a very caring attitude and gave good advice.

I was treated with full courtesy and respect. I needed a fairly important appointment and the Receptionist was very kind and patient.

Easy to make an appointment, in other words the process is easy.
But no doctors appointments available for a week ahead, and to make an appointment with own doctor means I have to wait over two weeks.
Easy to order medication online and pick up from the pharmacy later.
Easy to take own blood pressure.
