Parking is a nightmare, receptionists can be very unapproachable and generally ignore you if they are busy, found them unfriendly and in some cases sarcastic towards patients. Also can hear them gossiping behind the desk. Most of the doctors are good and professional. They seem very stretched and understaffed.

I was in considerable pain for two days, and needed to see the doctor. I rang at 8.05 am - just after the lines were open. My call was answered at 8.40am, and an appointment quickly made for 2pm. The doctor was very thorough, could see I was in acute pain, and with breathing and movement difficulties. She (correctly) rejected pleuracy, and said, You have done so much coughing and sneezing, with a very heavy cold, that you have torn your coughing and sneezing muscles. You are very congested, but you cannot properly sneeze or cough, without huge pain. I am going to prescribe you some serious pain killers, a Ventolin inhaler, to open your airways, and you will need to buy yourself a laxative - these painkillers will make you constipated! Find a position that you are comfortable in, and stay there, until you feel able to move. I spent the next two days in bed, but I have been up today, still in pain, but my breathing is so much easier. You don't want to have a stinker of a cold, nod lose your ability to cough or sneeze! My doctor is the best I have ever had he lissions when you speak to him and is very helpful

Always nice to get appt with own doctor (S Fisher) but not averse to seeing any other. No complaints (over 60 years usage!)

This was a routine nurse appointment. I never have any problems getting an appointment for this regular treatment at by and large a time that fits in with my working full time. The nurse appointments usually run to time and the nurses are very pleasant and helpful
