The appointment was to get my ears syringed - the procedure is well known to me. I was waiting 10 minutes before being seen but it is possible there was some form of emergency within the dept.

I could not get in to see my GP as she is signed off for a period. However an appointment was arranged with another GP who was very helpful, a good communicator, understanding and constructive. I did not feel my care had suffered in any way. I was pleased

Extremely pleased with Dr Rattan. She is always friendly as well as professional. I am happy with the service provided by park Surgery when open. However the out of hours service provided by the NHS in general is poor. The NHS 111 service is dreadful whenever I have had to use it for my mother or one of my stepsons. They do not call back when they say they will & so I have sometimes resorted to phoning 999 instead. Why can't Horsham hospital be open 24/7 to cover for the hours when the doctors surgery is closed or for surgeries in Horsham to have a joint out of hours service with a doctor on call.

My GP is always very personable and approachable which puts me at ease and is much appreciated. Everything is always explained clearly.
