Dr Tarik and his secretary have been wonderfully supportive of my elderly parents with their care and well being .. Receptionists are always helpful and efficient.. But in a friendly manner not the usual stiff indifferent way I have found in other surgeries .. Many thanks keep up the good work

I had an appointment for a blood test. It was quick and efficient from the time I checked in. The results were there within a week and I needed to see my doctor to discuss the results. This part was not totally satisfactory as I could not get an appointment for over two weeks. I think the 12 min appointments are not always necessary as I want a quick chat and a review of the medication which will not take more than 2-3 mins. There should be a tiered appointment system where some cases which are minor need to only book a 5 min appointment. Those with an acute and more serious illness could take up the longer sessions. I would be perfectly happy with my GP emailing me or ringing me with regards to blood test results and changes of medication. I do not need a long diagnostic session.
