It was disappointing not to be able to see a doctor on Monday about a painful ear infection that I had already had for 2 days. I would expect there to be more demand for urgent appointments on Mondays and wonder whether you allocate more GP time to these on Mondays. It was 3pm on Tuesday before I was able to see someone, when I got the necessary treatment.

The best thing about this practice is that I can book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online. This saves a lot of time.

Lovely large open airy surgery with lots of services and facilities. Helpful members of staff and very useful having an onsite chemist. Parking however is a nightmare. Have never been able to park in the surgery car park so have to pay to park in the public car park. Also I regularly have to wait a long time to be seen and very rarely go in on time. The worst was having to wait 40 minutes past my appointment! This isn't acceptable especially when you have only paid for one hour on the car park. Automatic doors inside the surgery would also be helpful as I have a baby in a pram and its hard to open a heavy door whilst also trying to push the pram through.

As is common, either you ring at 8.00am for an appointment on the day or wait 3 weeks on average. There is no half way house. Appointment times are kept to reasonably well but invariably slightly late. Communication from the GP could be improved following tests. Rather than no communication if results are acceptable, a small level of satisfactory result type communication would be reassuring.

I think the only thing that in my opinion would be better is to have a bit more time with the doctor and I know that is not possible you do your best and I thank you for it
