The Lady GP barely knew information about my disease and it was me to explain why some things had been checked in my blood test.
Carpet in public places, such as clinics, is not hygienic.
The receptionist are always kind and helpful, but it takes too long to see the GP you want, so you end up, for urgency matter, to see whoever as in this case.

Go to the appointment with a clear idea (noted down if necessary, because it's easy to forget your relevant questions when seeing the doctor) of what your concerns are. My doctor was willing to listen and answer my concerns.
Very little waiting to see my doctor.

Presuming this is about the appointment that I had with Dr. Jende, I was seen almost on time and was listened to. Although Dr Jende could not verify my symptoms visually she did prescribe the items that relieve my symptoms without any hesitation.

As I have only recently moved to Horsham this was my first appointment (other than the meet and greet meeting with my appointed doctor Dr Jende
I used the internet booking system which indicated a ten day wait for the earliest bookable appointment for the first available doctor.It would have been a further 7 to ten days to see Dr Jende
I booked as I felt my condition although of concern was not requiring an appointment that day. I was told an appointment the same day requires you to go to the surgery at 8am to only possibly be seen by a doctor that day
I did go back onto the internet to see if there were any cancellations for earlier dates and got one three days earlier to see a Dr Slator.
It is good to be able to book online. It would also be good if your appointed Doctor could reserve some appointments only for his/her registered patients. That way the doctor would know your medical history and you would not be starting with a new doctor each time you attend. I suppose to get that you would need to employ more doctors.
