I received excellent service when making an appointment and the times were adjusted to suit my shedule. A text was sent to my mobile phone giving full details of the appointment . A reminder text was also received Excellent service

My doctor, Shilpa Jethwa is an excellent doctor! She listens carefully and talks to you and not at you. She is totally professional, caring and has an excellent manner. The receptionists are always helpful and pleasant. The nurses are excellent and always caring and professional! Injections are given carefully. My one concern is the mass flu jabs where elderly and handicapped people have to wait in queues often in the cold as happened last year.

I had a hip replacement surgery dressing and stitches removed. The nurse was kind, helpful and very gentle - no fuss. I couldn't ask for better service.

Park Surgery needs to provide a better way of making an appointment other calling at exactly 8:00 am and then having to wait in a queue for 15 mins. I also go to much effort to arrive for my appointment at or before the appointed time only to have to wait for up to about 45 mins until my doctor is free. It must be possible to organise things better than this.

I have always received great care from my GP Dr S Fisher, he listens and explains things so that I can understand. I have always found the Receptionists helpful.
