I think there are too many patients for the number of doctors at the surgery resulting in you not getting to see your doctor till sometimes half an hour or so after your appointment time.

I attended with my mother who lives with me. They are always polite and respectful to her.

Have been a patient of the Park Surgery since 1976 and the improvements have been staggering. Working for the NHS myself it's good to see the GP surgeries are running with the times and more flexible to individual requirements. I would recommend the surgery . Staff always friendly and approachable which can only reflect on the practice manager. The parking is frustrating 8-(

GP' s are excellent. But getting an appointment is very difficult. But have the option to get a call back from one of the doctors or a qualified staff. They are very understandable. One of the biggest surgery in Horsham. Feel that required more GP. Receptionists and surgery manager are very helpful. Any repeat appointments or prescriptions they try their best to make it happen the earliest. If they are able to provide couple of extra receptionists at the front desk in ground floor. It will be much appreciated. It's always a busy. Especially in the mornings. Also that will take away the pressure from the staff. They will be more able to advice to the patients.
