What I like is being able to book an appointment in advance (even if it's several weeks ahead) so I can get a time which suits me due to having to take time off work. Must say that I'm impressed with my new doctor- Dr Shilpa Jethwa on the two occasions I've needed to see her.

Dr Potiphar - has excellent communication skills and a sense of humour which was refreshing. Good clear explanations were given. In terms of getting seen quickly I was very impressed.

Generally we are very happy with the service that we receive from Park Surgery. In particular the assistance recently given by Dr. J Raphael. However the rest of the NHS give us grave cause for concern!

I am a patient of Dr S. R. Fisher. I find him to be extreemly good, taking the trouble to explain things. However, I do find it very difficult to get an apointment with him and usually have to wait about three weeks.

I have been registered at a lot of different surgeries in my life as I have lived in a lot of different places. I can quite honestly say Park is the best. I have found the staff very helpful, kind and they talk to you like an equal not an underling. The reception team are great. Dr Jethwa is lovely, very professional but also very helpful and listens carefully. She works with you to find solutions. She is also very reliable with telephone consulations and always calls when she says she will. The practice manager is also very good and my communications with her have been very productive. Of course waits for appointments are long but that is normal I think. However, if you need to see someone quickly, the phone in the morning system works well. I have found that it is a practice where people are willing to go the extra mile and very considerate. Unfortunately, due to moving, I have had to change surgeries.
