My experience was excellent the staff were very helpful as I came back to register as a patient having moved away so seeing the size the surgery had grown into was quite daunting!! I made the appointment for when I needed it and very little waiting time to see the doctor.

I was very happy with the treatment I received. All staff I encountered were helpful and pleasant. Having a pharmacy on the premises is very convenient.

No response from an email to park surgery ( about obtaining a copy of a blood test). Nurse was 15 mins late for an 0815 appt! And my notes gave zero background to the test and the nurse had made at least 2 major incorrect assumptions about my appt resolving which led me to forget to ask something key which then wasted more time later.

I was extremely lucky to get a quick appointment. I called into the surgery at 4.00pm on Friday and was offered an appointment for Saturday morning at 10.30am. I was then called in for the appointment at 10.25. Dr Fisher was extremely kind and the receptionist very polite. This was most unusual as I have normally had to wait up to 4 weeks to get an appointment with Dr Fisher. I just hope this is a sign of better things to come.
