Too many patients and not enough doctors. Phone lines too busy. Car park is a joke... Never get a space, seems to be used by staff

This appointment was made to get vaccinations for a holiday trip of a lifetime. We'd not had travel jabs for for a very long time (around 20 years). So we were not aware of the current process. My husband made a joint appointment, there was some confusion from the reception team over whether the surgery could assist and I didn't find it helpful that we were advised to go to a Gatwick travel clinic. In the end we saw one of the practice nurses who was brilliant. Knowledgeable, understanding and kind. Best injections I've ever had.

Used on line process which doesn't give any preference but you can see open dates and make selection in own home. Excellent process. Can be a bit slow at times especially weekends. See Tariq who is a great GP and never mind it when he runs late as I may need to get him to run late at times. Some folk get twitchy so maybe an LED strip banner message at reception about timings, which you see immediately, even though on self service booking. They use this at a surgery I go to in Devon covering all appointment types - bloods etc. Apart from efficient it looks impressive.
