Wonderful service,only one comment.The telephone number that we were asked to ring from abroad ,gave us a recorded message.Please redial and use local number,when we did this it was blocked.

My doctor is fabulous! Cannot fault him on his care, professionalism and knowledge of his patients as individuals not just a number. Unfortunately it can be very difficult to get an appointment and getting past the receptionists can be a challenge and (not all) but some can be very unsympathetic. This has improved over recent years however and there are some very good and more professional members of staff there now than there were in the past.

easier to make an appointment at the surgery rather on the telephone I have tried so many times and it can take between 30 mins to 1 hr on the phone and if i use my mobile my credit is gone the is the only problem.

Was trying to get through all day on the phone had to go down instead to surgery, and saw note on reception re staff shortages due to illness. I was one in the phone queue but no one answered so frustrating

This was my first meeting with Dr Nat since June 2015 when he helped me with the arrangements for my Pacemaker operation. I arrange my visits only when they are necessary and relate to items of importance. So this visit was to report on my health following last years operation . To review my problems with my eyes, bowel and knee. The object being to keep up "Quality of Life" in good order. The results I obtained from Dr Nat was excellent.
