I rang for an appointment and waited for 40 mins being told to keep holding. As receptionist answered it cut off!! I rang back and waited another 40 mins, got through and made appointment to see my own Dr but had to wait 3 weeks. I was a little worried about having to wait that long so decided to call back the following day and arrange to see someone else but hold on to the other appointment as well. Again I hung on for 43 mins and I was down to number 2 in the list. Suddenly the message changed to please hold your call will be answered. However, at 49 mins I had to give up and get to work so I was not very happy. I have now seen my own Dr thank goodness.
