Because I am not unemployed or retired I have to phone at 8am and wait 40 mins to be told that I can't have an appointment because I am still feeling terrible for the same reason I previously saw a GP. Ongoing issues don't warrant a short notice appointment. I have made an online appt for 3 weeks time so hope I still don't feel so ill by then!

Dr and staff all very helpful and friendly. However, had to call to get blood test results, an email or a call would have been nice. At least tell me that if I have not heard anything within in a certain time period then all results are clear. Now have to just wait for an appointment for a treatment, no idea of when they may contact me. It seems very strange in this day and age that they can't even give an estimate of when I will receive an appointment, let alone the actual treatment. I know you only have clinics every couple of weeks but you must have some idea of when these are and how many people you can treat per clinic and therefore some idea when I could get an appointment.

All the doctors and health care professionals I have seen over the years have all been extremely understanding compassionate and sympathetic to my care. Receptionists are always cheerful. Overall a great surgery very well managed

Why is it that if I want an appointment I can book one on advance only 6 weeks in the future, when I'll either be better, our dead, and if I ring at 8 am I get charged 50p a minute by my provider and it usually takes 10 minutes to get abetted and then even longer to argue with the receptionist about whether I should go to a walk in clinic 20 miles away instead, not to mention the measly 8 parking spaces that are provided on site which are always filled with the same oap's cars day after day!

We are so lucky to have Park Surgery. I have nothing but praise for their help, care, and compassion. Although it is not always easy to get the appointment time you require they will do their utmost to sort something for you. In an emergency their care is second to none. Thank you all. I am awaiting X-ray results which I will discuss with the Dr and can be confident that they will explain things clearly and allow me to discuss with them any treatment they suggest.
