Speed of seeing the doctor during quick access. I understand it may be tough to arrange under quick access but I see a different doctor each time, and so need to explain things again.

- The appointments are given really late (not quick access). - Some receptionists are not as helpful. - Toilets should be a bit clean. - Quick access app not given the time told.

The doctor's here are always very helpful and listen to what is wrong and ask the right questions back to fully understand. I never feel fobed of which is really important :-).

1. The doctors listen and keep an open mind. 2. They don't rush. They take time to examine and check temperature, blood pressure, urine etc. 3. They treat me with respect. What could be improved. 1. Getting an appointment if working full time. Often have to make an emergency appointment.
