Dr Fenton is really friendly and approachable. He's always proactive about getting things sorted and explains things in a clear and concise way!

I always feel all the members of the practice are part of a team. This includes the receptionists who are helpful.It is a warm place to wait with a positive atmosphere. You are always able to get an emergency appoint and the wait on phone is never too long.

The decor.

Doctors and Nurses are good especially Dr. Patel. Really easy to get a quick access appt. but near impossible to see my reg GP. Most of the reception staff are excellent, there are one or two however who are awful. They’re very rude and condescending. If I hear them answer I usually hang up immediately and wait a few hours in hope that someone else will answer.
