I normally have excellent service at Park End but about 4 or 5 times when I order my prescription (repeat) outline, it is lost or not issued even though the system shows it to be completed. Today it happened again. This time the reception (very friendly) said she would have the prescription reissued bad sent to my chemist.

Receptionist exceptionally good, polite, kind, informative. Doctor excellent. Patient, kind, friendly, helpful.

GP always reluctant to give referral letter even when for private. Not much waiting time.
