Some of the nurses are not very helpful and quite impatient. Also, she doesn't look professional as well. Please kindly look into this issue. As everyone here are ask for help and need to be care of. Thanks.

This morning when I phoned to make an appointment the phone rang and rang and rang - I gave up and tried twice more when a receptionist answered and she was inafraid to say very unhelpful and didn't seem to understand my predicament at a recent accident. This is not my usual experience of the friendly, helpful desk staffs in reception.
