Dr had plenty of time and was understanding and helpful. The level of care and individual understanding of patient is brilliant.

Impossible to reach reception over the phone to get a prescription renewal. Wrote an email and was told to call next time. When I called the next time I was told very harshly that I can only request a prescription over email. My email then only was answered when I sent another follow-up email.
