Repeat prescriptions are a problem. Too often (> 50% of the time) something goes wrong. Sometimes not everything received is prescribed, sometimes the prescriptions are not sent to the pharmacy as requested. On one occasion I received two sets (6 months worth) of two drugs, but none at all of the third.

The care and the attitudes are excellent but the appointment system needs attention.
