I have been coming to Park End Surgery probably since it opened. I have always had good care. However, it has recently been more difficult to make appointments with my GP- Dr A Smart.

Felicitous, helpful, listening expeditious. - Not this visit but a general issue. - There are not appointments available on time with women GPs.

Reception downstairs was nice and clearly signposted. Receptionists friendly.
