Reception was generally clean. Reception staff were friendly. The nurse went into detail with my blood analysis and answered my questions about the historic results. Dr Horton was friendly and methodically went through all my issues.

I always feel my appointments are rushed and that the SP has not got the time to review my previous history to give a full assessment. However the SP's are allways very pleasant but I feel like they are just ticking boxes rather than medically assessing.
