So much trouble to get referral for a private doctor. (Referral for NHS was four months from now).

The doctor was pleasant and amenable. Even thug it was good access, he didnt mind looking at two quick problems which saved me an extra trip. I would recommend all doctors at this surgery learn to do the Epley Manaeuvre for BPV.

Care is personal and good, very positive. Improvement could be in the waiting time for appointments, at the surgery, Usually half hour wait.

Everything was very good. My doctor discussed my treatment with me and listened to me. She took time to look at the medical history and to find out how I was feeling. I felt very well looked after. Thank you.
